Horizon Moon is a privately owned company incorporated in the year 2011, establishing the reputation for being a one-stop solution provider for our customers. Services ranging from local land transport to on board operations solutions. Horizon Moon provides various Marine related services in Singapore, Malaysia and neighbouring Indonesian Island. Currently at the top of our industry in doping operations. This includes the Ship Inspection Report and Offshore Vessel Inspection.Our mission is to lead the marine industry in Singapore for safe and environmentally responsible transportation of crude oil, oil products, petrochemicals and gas, and to drive the same values in the management of related offshore marine operations. We do this by developing best practices in the design, construction and safe operation of tankers, barges and offshore vessels and their interfaces with terminals and considering human factors in everything we do.

We’ve come a long way since our opening back in 2011, we have provided a portfolio of tools and inspection services used by vessel owners, operators and managers to enhance the safety of their operations.
